“FOLDS” wooden Bracelets
A silk worm is moving by folding and unfolding creating in each position tiny unique sculptures with its body.
FOLDS, a series of 4 different wooden articles by combining with each other create an endless series of sculptures on a women’s arm.
A symbolic contemporary armor made of wood.
Poplar is used for its lightness, smooth grain and visual silence.
Red and black stain allows the wood grain to show while creating contrast between the folds.
Natural poplar is used in order to be discreet, emphasizing the form itself and nothing more.
No bracelet is the same due to the uniqueness of tree’s barks.
The mat finish is achieved by environmentally friendly oil made of citrus trees helping the wood to reveal all its warmth and beauty.
